Your notes just joined the AI conversation

You know the feeling. You are in a chat with Claude or ChatGPT, and the answer you need is sitting in your own notes. The restaurant a friend recommended. What you decided in last month's planning meeting. The half-finished idea from a walk three weeks ago. The AI is brilliant, but it has never read a word you have written.

So you dig through your notes, copy, paste, and lose the thread. And when the chat produces something worth keeping, it usually dies in the scroll.

That gap is now closed. Connect Cimanote to your AI assistant once, and your notes are simply there, in every conversation. Ask about them. Add to them. Let the assistant do the filing.

What this looks like day to day

  • Planning a trip? "What did I save about Lisbon?" pulls up your own research, not the internet's.
  • Wrapping up a brainstorm? "Save the key points to my Ideas notebook" and a clean, formatted note is waiting in Cimanote.
  • Sunday reset? Ask an assistant to tag this week's untagged notes, file the strays, and draft your weekly review from what you captured.
  • Deep in a topic? Claude can read your Knowledge Engine wiki, the living summary Cimanote builds across everything you know, instead of one note at a time.

Notes used to be where information went to sit. Connected to your AI, they become working memory that shows up whenever you think out loud.

Set up in about two minutes

In Claude: Settings, then Connectors, add mcp.cimanote.com as a custom connector, and sign in with your Cimanote account. Done. The step-by-step guide also covers ChatGPT, Codex, Grok, and Cursor, plus a few fun prompts to try first.

It works across so many apps because it is built on MCP, the open standard AI assistants use to connect to tools. One connection, everywhere the standard goes. No waiting for us to support your assistant of choice.

Your notes stay yours

  • You approve access with your own Cimanote login on a clear consent screen. No API keys, nothing to copy or leak.
  • Every connected app is listed in Settings with a one-click revoke.
  • An AI can never permanently delete a note. Removal only goes to your Trash, restorable for 30 days.
  • Notes you share for real-time collaboration are off-limits to AI edits entirely.

Claude and AI Connections are included with Cimanote Pro, and every 30-day free trial has them from day one. Start free and ask your notes something.
