Is the Exporter app safe?
It is a well-known free utility on the Mac App Store that runs entirely on your Mac. Cimanote has no affiliation; it is simply the best tool for a job Apple does not support.
I am on Windows or iPhone only. What are my options?
Without a Mac there is no good bulk path out of Apple Notes. For a handful of notes, copy and paste into Cimanote works fine.
